    Eddy, Mrs. Sarah cook , providence Rhode Island September 25 . She was born in providence September, '81 ; married first gamaliel lyman Dwight, the merchant and in Boston ; married 2 honorable Samuel Eddy , LLC of providence, many years as Secretary of state in Rhode island; representative in the Congress and C. H.. Justice S. J. court of that state whom she survived . She was the youngest of six children of the late honorable David Howell BLK Lindy an eminent lawyer in providence, representative in Congress and gesture of the U.S. district court in Rhode Island . Born in Moorestown New Jersey 1747 ; by wife and Mary , daughter Jeremiah brown and a descendant in the fourth generation of reverend Chad brown , second pastor of the first Baptist church in providence and ancestor of the wealthy families of brown . Gamaliel Lyman Dwight, Only issue of Mrs. E. , a lawyer in providence graduated B. U. 1828, died March 15, 1854 leaving the son of his own name and a daughter . Mrs. E. was a lady of talent and enjoyed a high social position in Boston and providence .
