    Mildred Boner, 90, of St. Marys, died Sept. 20 at St. Joseph's
    Hospital, Parkersburg.

    She was born in Pleasants County, a daughter of the late Logan and
    Alice Locke Eddy. She is survived by two daughters, Fonda Harmon of
    Davisville and Jean Gregg of St. Marys; one stepdaughter, Phyllis
    Cromer of Largo, FL.

    She was preceded in death by her husband, Ross H. Boner, in 1974.

    Funeral services were held Tuesday at the Nine Mile United Methodist
    Church with the Rev. Darrel Gooden officiating. Burial was in the
    church cemetery.

    Mildred married Boner, Ross on 8 Mar 1923 in Parkersburg, WV. Ross (son of Bonner, Amos and Shpherd, Catherine) was born on 26 May 1888 in Ritchie Co. WV; died on 22 Aug 1974 in Pleasants, West Virginia; was buried in Nine Mile Cemetery. [Group Sheet] [Family Chart]

    Died July 23, 1997

    Fonda Harmon, 73, of Davisville, W. Va., died July 23 at Camden-Clark
    Memorial Hospital in
    Parkersburg.
    She was born Dec. 26, 1923 at Ellenboro, to the late Ross and Mildred
    Eddy Boner. She was employed by Sears Roebuck in Chicago for many year
    worked at Colin Anderson Center in St. Marys and was a member of St. Marys,
    United Methodist church.
    She is survived by her husband of 49 years, Louis H. Harmon; one
    daughter, Sharon Kay Nixon of Eureka, Kan.; two sons, Mike Peters and Louis
    Marvin Harmon, both of Florida; one sister, Jean Gregg of St. Marys; one
    half-sister, Phyllis Cromer of Texas; and 11 grandchildren.
    Services were Monday at Ruttencutter Funeral Home in St. Marys with
    the Rev. Darrel L. Gooden officiating. Burial was in St. Marys IOOF
    Cemetery.
