    Palmatier, Blanche E. - Blanche E. Palmatier, 99, died Sunday, May 16, 1999 at Penn Yan Manor. Blanche was born June 1, 1899, to Loren and Addie Kern Eddy. She was retired from the Cafeteria Staff of Middlesex Valley Central School. She was a member of the Penn Yan United Methodist Church and a Life Member of Robson-Savage American Legion Post Auxiliary. She is survived by her son, Donald (Nancy) Palmatier of Newark; grandchildren, Kirk Palmatier of District of Columbia, Durry (Brian) Lincalis of MD, Kern (Mark) Michal of NC; five great-grandchildren; three nieces and two nephews. She was predeceased by her son, Richard; husband, Arlo, brother; Guy Eddy; and sister, Beulah Coogan.
